IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 15 (5) of the
Public Finance Management (Uwezo Fund) Regulations, 2014, the
Cabinet Secretary for Public Service and Gender appoints—

Drusila Lokidor,
to be members of the Uwezo Fund Management Committee for
Turkana East Constituency, for a period of three (3) years, with effect
