REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Johnson Mburu Karichu (deceased), of P.O. Box 337- 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Eldoret/Municipality Block 13/419, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the High Court at Eldoret in succession cause no. 25 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Lucy Nyambura Mburu, of P.O. Box 337-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed in the name of Lucy Nyambura Mburu, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Johnson Mburu Karichu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
