WHEREAS Wambui Thuo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/969, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nakuru in succession cause no. 316 of 2019, has issued a grant in favour of Wanjiru Thuo, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of LRA. 50, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Wambui Thuo (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission LRA. 50 in the name of Wanjiru Thuo, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Wambui Thuo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZETTE NO'T'ICE No. 3596 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Nganga Njuguna (deceased), is" registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Juja/Juja East Block 1/14, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Thika in succession cause No. 529 of 2015 directing that the name of Nganga Njuguna be cancelled and replaced with that of Julius Mwangi Nganga, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nganga Njuguna has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration Of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nganga Njuguna (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
