REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Kirumba Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ngobit Supuko Block 1/4102 (Kihiu Mwiri), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kiambu in succession cause no. 137 of 1994, has issued grant in favour of Ruth Wanjiku Kirumba, and whereas the said Ruth Wanjiku Kirumba, has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed issued is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Ruth Wanjiku Kirumba, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said George Kirumba Kariuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
