REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Masaku Makosi, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Maweche/236, and whereas summons dated 5th August, 2020, it was decided that the parcel of land, Kwale/Maweche/236 be transferred to Emmanuel Kiti Mwafondo, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the rectification of the register and title deed in favour of Emmanuel Kiti Mwafondo, and upon such rectification the land title deed issued earlier to the said Masaku Makosi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
