THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Concellia Ondiek (Dr.), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Siaya/Mulaha/302 and Siaya/Karapul Ramba/733, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Homa Bay in succession cause no. 76 of 2013, has issued an order to revoke Rongo Court succession cause no. 247 of 2012, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, the land registrar intends to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and revert them to Stephen Alloys Ondiek Oluoch (deceased), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Concellia Ondiek (Dr.), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
