REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Payless Car Hire and Tours Limited, to collect their motor vehicle registration No. KAT 630N (Toyota Prado) left behind at Davis Nyamu Njoka's Premises, lying uncollected at the premises of Davis Nyamu Njoka within Thika Municipality. Further notice is given that unless the motor vehicle is collected within thirty days (30) from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment to Davis Nyamu Njoka all the storage charges and any other incidental cost including the cost of publishing this notice, the same shall be disposed by way of public auction or private treaty without any further notice.
