IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 9 (6), as read with section 13 of the Legal Aid Act, 2016, the Attorney-General appoints— Under section 9 (1) (h)— ELIJAH KANDIE ROTTOK to be a member of the Board of the National Legal Aid Service, for a period of five (5) months, with effect from the 10th March, 2021 and revokes the appointment of Jedidah Wakonyo Waruhiu*.
