REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mawega Company Limited, of P.O. Box 1076-00618, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all those pieces of land containing 1.026 and 1.062000 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title Nos. Nairobi/Block 126/59 and 126/108. respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificates of lease issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new certificates of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
