REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Migwi Mwangi (ID/8632940), as the director of Jolem Homes Limited, of P.O. Box 32839--00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title Nos. Ruiru/KIU Block 2 (Githunguri)/22319, 22320, 22321, 22322, 22325, 22326, 22327, 22328, 22329 and 22330, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
