THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Aquiline Gicuku. Pharis (deceased), is registened as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.04 hectares or thereabout, known as Kagaari/Kanja/480, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court at Embu in succession cause No. 125 of 1985, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the names of (1) Grace Thera Pharis and (2) Nicasio Jona Njeru Njoka and Mitoses all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the .date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispenae with the production of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said (I) Grace Mara Pharis andi2) NiCasio:Jomo Njeru Njoka and uthin such registration the land.title deed issued to the said Aquiline Gicuku Pharis (deceased); shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
