WHEREAS Nicholas Ngochi Njeru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.$1 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kajiado/Ntashart!758, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause no. 1075 of 2015, has issued grant in favour of Susan Wanja Ngochi to be registered as administrator, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier has been. reported as missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as administrator and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Nicholas Ngochi Njeru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAzErrE NOTICE No, 3727 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS (I) Kazungu Katana, (2) Ngolo Ndago and (3) Kalunte Ngolo, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as Kilifi/Nyalani/358, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Malindi in succession cause No. 48 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Katana Karisa Moga, as administrator of the estate of Karisa Moga (deceased), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued thereof have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provide no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration and issue a land title deed to the said Katana Karisa Moga, as administrator of the estate of Karisa Moga (deceased), and upon such registration the land tide deed issued earlier to the said (I) Kazungu Katana, (2) Ngolo Ndago and (3) Kalume Ngolo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
