REGISTRATION

WHEREAS, I am of the opinion that the society under the name of Transline Galaxy Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Ltd Registration No. CS/2575 I was registered through misrepresentation of facts and ought to be cancelled pursuant to section 93A of the Co- operative Societies Act Cap. 490, NOW THEREFORE, I order the cancellation of the registration of the said society with immediate effect. The Sacco Society now stands dissolved and ceases to exist as a body corporate and must immediately surrender the original certificate of registration and the registered bylaws to my office.
