NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 6 and 7 the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), laws of Kenya to the owners of the motor vehicle reg. Nos. KCE 468C and KMEX 156T which are lying at Auto advance yard, Uhuru in Nairobi to collect all the abandoned vehicle upon the expiry of thirty (30) days, from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all outstanding storage charges plus any other costs incurred, failure to which we shall dispose the aforesaid motor vehicles by public auction or private treaty, without any further notice and any proceeds shall be defrayed against all outstanding storage and any other accrued charges without any further reference to you.
