Notice is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), laws of Kenya to the owners of the motor vehicle reg. Nos. KAV 301G, KAM 77H, ZB 5829, ZB 4736 and ZB 8589, to take delivery of the same from the yard of Cyberfreight Limited within (30) days, from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of storage and any other incidental charges plus cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold by either public auction or private treaty, without any further notice.
