NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th July, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 707, in Volume DI, Folio 334/6005, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Jonathan Ketesha Garani, formerly known as Jonathan Sigoji, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jonathan Sigoji and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jonathan Ketesha Garani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jonathan Ketesha Garani only.
