THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS (1) Anthony Nganga Kamau (ID/10932020), (2)
Joseph Kimani Ngure (ID/I3413644) acid (3) Dominic Gachogu
Kimani (ID/1853370), as trustees of Kimaland Self-Help Group, of
P.O. Box 2413, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as
proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land
situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru
East/Juja East Block 2/34355, and whereas sufficient evidence has
been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been
lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the
date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no
objection has been received within that period.

WHEREAS Angendi Oundo, is registered as proprietor in absolute
ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 5.2 hectares or
thereabout, situate in the district of BusialTeso, registered under title
No. Bukhayo/Matayos/805, and whereas sufficient evidence has been
adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost.
notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date
hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection
has been received within that period.
