WHEREAS (1) Mukali Salim Omar, (2) Hatusi Samuel Karisa, (3) Abdalla Salim Omar, (4) Mishi Salim Omar, (5) Khamisi Salim Omar, (6) Kibwana Salim Omar and (7) Chumbani Salim Ornari, are the administrators of the estate of Salim Omar Ali (deceased), are the proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. 1Cilifi/Mtondia/1104, and whereas the green card in respect thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, i shal reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period. Box 609, Gilgit in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land land containing 19.83 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, Known as Nakuru/Moyasset/13, and whereas sufficient evidence has been edduced to show that the green card issued thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
