GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3781

WHEREAS Ambrose Adeya Adongo (deceased), of P.O. Box 4837-30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Eldoret/Municipality Block 14/731, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Eldoret in succession cause no. 243 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Alice Awino Mlanga, of P.O. Box 4837-30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title deed in the name of Ambros Adeya Adongo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Ambrose Adeya Adongo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
