REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Hussein Salim Ahmed, (2) Rarnadhan Salim Ahmed, (3) Fadhil Salim Ahmed, (4) Faiz Salim Ahmed, (5) Hassan Salim Ahmed and 4 others, all of P.O. Box 83211, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa Block XVI/1455, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost whereas all effort to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, l shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
