REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sarah Elizabeth Noel Sessions, of P.O. Box 160, Naro Moru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered owner of an estate in fee simple of all that piece of land known as portion No. 1705/30, Malindi, situate in the Malindi Sub-County in Kilifi County, registered under title LT. 35, Folio 283, File No. 4281, and whereas original indenture in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof. I shall issue a new provisional indenture in provision of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period. Dated the 4th June, 2021. S. K.
