WHEREAS (1) Mohamed Ali Mwaraone, (2) Mebakari Ali Ndala, (3) Athumani .Hamadi Mwagude, (11) Hamadi Mwagude and (5) Suleiman Kahindi Katana, the administrators of the estate of Binti Chamromo Nyambo (deceased), are registered rs proprietors of all that piece of land known as Kwalefilitunda/367 3, situate in Ukunda District and whereas the register in respect tti'leof is lost/destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty 60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstm:ted as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objeaion has been received within that period.
