REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thanju Ngure Njeme (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Gakawa/Githima Block UBurguret/264, containing 1.57 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas in the principal magistrate's court at Karatina in succession cause No. 68 of 2019, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to the beneficiary John Macharia Thanju, whereas the said title deed issued is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission documents RL 19 and RL 7 in favour of the said John Macharia Thanju, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Thanju Ngure Njeme (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
