THE CONSTITUTION
ESTABLISHMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred to me by section 7 (1), the
Narok County Climate Change Fund Act, 2021. I, Samuel K. Tunai,
Governor of Narok County, appoint Technical Officer in charge of the
following County Government of Narok Departments and National
Institutions in the County as the Narok County Climate Change Fund
Steering Committee.
(a) Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries;
(b) Disaster Management;
(c) Water, Sanitation and Irrigation;
(d) County Meteorological Department;
(e) Kenya Forest Services;
(f) Finance and Economic Planning;
( g) National Environment Management Authority: and
(h) National Drought Management Authority.
The appointment is effective immediately.
