REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Wanjiku Kariuku, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.918 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Rumurutu, registered under title No. Marmanet North/Rumuruti Block 11/99 (Ndurumo), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register (green card) under the provision of section 33 (1)(5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
