REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph E. Gitau Munene (deceased), of P.O. Box 6056, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Loc. 7/Kaharo/1592, containing 3.71 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas the Judge of the Chief Magistrate's Court at Murang'a in succession cause no. 534 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Gladys Waihuini Gitau, of P.O. Box 6056-00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof,. provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land tittle deed to the said Gladys Waihuini Gitau, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph E.
