APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS, by liquidation order dated the 27th February, 2020, I appointed Xavier Okado Lugaga, Sub-county Co-operative Officer, Subukia, Nakuru County, to be liquidator for Mukungugu Farmers Co- operative Society Limited (CS/1160), in liquidation, for a period not exceeding one (1) year, and whereas the said Xavier Okado Lugaga, Sub-county Co-operative Officer, Subukia, Nakuru County, has not been able to complete the liquidation. NOW therefore, I extend the period of liquidation with effect from the 30th June, 2021, for another period not exceeding one (1) year, for the said Xavier Okado Lugaga, Sub-county Co-operative Officer, Subukia, Nakuru County, to act as the liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
