THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rongai Farms Limited, of P.O. Box 45, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that pie* of land known as L.R. No. 5645, situate in Naivasha District, by virtue of an Indenture of Conveyance, registered in Volume H.20 Folio 38 File 80, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register issued thereof has been lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate it, have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
