THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdul Gader Sharif Saleh Assaf, of P.O. Box 40115, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1133 acre or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XVII/797, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card registered thereof has been lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
