Box 1344, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru East/Juja East Block 2/3862, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, 23rd July, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 3269 provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect. GAZE' 1E NOTICE No. 7467 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS William Mboku, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.08 hectare or thereabouts known as Kakamega/Bugonda/2044, situate in the district of Vihiga, and whereas the Magistrate's Court at Vihiga in succession cause No. 86 of 2020, has issued letters of administration in favour of Herman Oganda Mbuku, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and ptucee4 with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in favour of Herman Oganda Mbuku, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said William Mboku, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 23rd July, 2021.
