WHEREAS Francis Mwangi Muchiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 21,949 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Sabugo/5804, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nyahururu in succession cause no. 200 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration to Mary Wanjiru Mwangi (1D/2962098), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Mwangi Muchiri (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and issue a land title deed to the said Mary Wanjiru Mwangi (ID/2962098), and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Francis Mwangi Muchiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZU'Trh NOnCE No. 7470 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Mwangi Kamau Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 6.45 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandaruaffulaga/525, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate's Court at Naivasha in succession cause no. 85 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration to Bernard Waweru Mwangi (W/23066261), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Kamau Kimani (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and issue a land title deed to the said Bernard Waweru Mwangi (ID/23066261), and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Mwangi Kamau Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
