COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NOTICE is given under the Transfer of Businesses Act [Cap. 500]
that the Executive Recruitment business (`Business') carried on by
Altima Africa Limited (registration number C. 132191) (`Transferor')
was transferred to Stratostaff EA Limited (registration number
CPR/2010/36922) (`Transferee') on 13th April, 2021 Mate of
Transfer'). The address of the Transferor is Reliable Towers, Mogotio
Road, off Chiromo Lane, P.O. Box 68240-00200, Nairobi. The
address of the Transferee is NextGen Commercial Centre, Mombasa
Road, P.O. Box 68182-00200, Nairobi. The Transferee is assuming all
liabilities incurred and accrued by the Business from the 1st January,
2021 that are still existing at the Date of Transfer.

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above part development
plan was on 5th February, 2020 completed.
The plan relates to land situated in Leshau (Mutanga), Nyandarua
County.
Copies of the plan as prepared have been deposited for public
inspection at the office of the County Executive Committee Member,
Lands, Housing and Physical Planning and the County Physical
Planning Office, 01 Kalou.
The copies of the plan so deposited are available for inspection
free of charge by all persons interested at the the office of the County
Executive Committee Member, Lands, Housing and Physical Planning
Office and the County Physical Planning Office, 01 Kalou, between
the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.0 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Any interested person(s) who wish(es) to make any representation
in connection with or objection to the above part development plan
may send such representations or objections in writing to be received
by the County Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 701-20303, 01
Kalou, not later than sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and
any such representations or objections shall state the grounds on which
it is made.
