COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned part development plan was on 25th February, 2021, completed. The development plan relates to land situated within Manyatta Sub-county in Embu County. Copies of the development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the Office of the Director of Physical Planning and Land Use, Trade House, Ground Floor, Embu Town. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Office of the Director of Physical Planning and Land Use, Trade House, Ground Floor, Embu Town, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m., working days. Any interested persons who wish to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above named development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the Director, Physical Planning, P.O Box 36-60100, Embu, not later than sixty (60) days from the date of this publication and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
