COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned development plan was on 12th July, 2021, completed. The development plan relates to land situated within Langata Sub- county in Nairobi City County. Copies of the development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the Office of the Langata Sub-county Administrator and the National Director of Physical Planning, 5th Floor, Ardhi House, 1st Ngong Avenue. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Office of the Langata Sub-county Administrator and the National Director of Physical Planning, 5th Floor, Ardhi House, 1st Ngong Avenue, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., working days. Any interested persons who wish to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above named development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the National Director of Physical Planning, P.O Box 45025-00100, Nairobi, not later than sixty (60) days from the date of this publication and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
