REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of tractors registration numbers KTCB 538U and KTCB 537U to take delivery of the said tractors lying at the premises of Kenwan Services Limited, Nairobi within the next fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all resultant accumulated repair bills plus storage charges up to the date of taking delivery and shall include costs of advertising as failure to comply with the obligation to the delivery and settlement of the accounts as stipulated above, Kenwan Services Limited shall sell the said tractors after thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice without further reference to the owner by public auction and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all the accrued charges and auctioneers costs. The balance, if any, shall remain to the owners' credit but should there be any shortfall, the owner shall be held liable. Dated the 21st July, 2021.
