Box 68588- 00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fridah Muendi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fridah Muendi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fridah Wendo Muendi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fridah Wendo Muendi only.
