REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Michael John Hughes and (2) Carole Charlotte Magdalene Hughes, as the administrators of the estate of John Joseph Hughes, both of P.O. Box 10458-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 8822, situate in the North West of Eldoret Municipality in the Uasin Gishu District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 11491/1, and whereas the High Court Of Kenya at Eldoret ELC no. 62 of 2015 (formaly HCCC no.150 Of 1999) set aside the vesting order in favour of (1) Kimorong Mibey, (2) Peter Boisio Ngetich and (3) Joseph Cheruiyot, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
