REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ibrahim Mukhtar Abashekh, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Adu/Kamale Phase 1/2294, and whereas all efforts made to recall the land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of seven (7) days from the date hereof, the register shall be rectified as per sections 79 (IC) and 79 (2) of the Land Registration Act, 2013 and the land title deed issued to Ibrahim Mukhtar Abashekh shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
