REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sehmbi Sukhdev Singh, as the executor of the estate of Baldev Kaur Sehmbi (deceased), of P.O. Box 72687-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1/709 (Orig. No. 1/58/5/2), situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N48, Folio 195/4, File 5304, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said property register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
