WHEREAS Mbure Gakau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.66 hectares or thereabout, known as Kiambaa/Kanunga/567, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Kiambu in succession cause No. 149 of 2001, has issued grant of letters of administration to Samuel Njuguna Mbure, of P.O. Box 826-00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Mbure Gakau (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and issue land title deed to the said Samuel Njuguna Mbure, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Mbure Gakau (deceased). shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZETI E NOTICE No. 7601 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Muhia Gitagama (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.06 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kiganjo/Kiamwangi/1370, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas the Senior Resident Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Gatundu in succession cause no. 18 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration to Joseph Ndichu Muhia (ID/3603796), and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Muhia Gitagama (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Muhia Gitagama (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 30th July, 2021. B. W.
