GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7605

WHEREAS Richard Kigotho Kaburia alias Kigotho s/o Kaburia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.1 acres or thereabout, known as Magutu/Gatei/82, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Karatina in succession cause no. 113 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to James Kaburia Kigotho, as administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) James Kaburia Kigotho, (2) Charity Wanjiku Kigotho, (3) Lily Wainuku Kigotho, (4) Millicent Nyathama Kigotho and (5) Priscilla Wambui Kigotho, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of transfer by transmission documents R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, in favour of James Kaburia Kigotho, as administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) James Kaburia Kigotho, (2) Charity Wanjiku Kigotho, (3) Lily Wainuku Kigotho, (4) Millicent Nyathama Kigotho and (5) Priscilla Wambui Kigotho, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Richard Kigotho Kaburia alias Kigotho s/o Kaburia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
