THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipsilgich arap Sitienei (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Nandi, known as Nandi/Kaptildil/161 and 175, and whereas the Magistrate's Court at Kapsabet in succession cause No. 83 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Selly Jelimo, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipsilgich arap Sitienei (deceased), in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument LRA 39, and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Kipsilgich arap Sitienei (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
