Box 18618- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lucy Wanjiru Gikama, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lucy Wanjiru Gikama and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gladys Wanjiru Njagi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Gladys Wanjiru Njagi only.
