NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th June, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1682, in Volume Dl, Folio 189/3612, File No. MMXXI, by my client, Alice Wanjira Karanu, of P.O. Box 2506, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Judy Alice Ngaruiya alias Alice Wanjira Karanu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Judy Alice Ngaruiya alias Alice Wanjira Karanu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alice Wanjira Karanu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Alice Wanjira Karanu.
