WHEREAS (1) Mishek Muriira Riungu and (2) Njiru Riungu, both of P.O. Box 61180-00200, Nairobi in the Regnblic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece Of lantflutown as L.R. No. 209/19978, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Isliirobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 134420/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a prOVisienal certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
