REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (I) Charles Makuthi Muli and (2) Catherine Wakina Muli, both of P.O. Box 39466-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0980 and 0.0839 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/olchoro Onyore /11763 and 11839, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open new land registers, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
