COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above part development plan was on 27th July, 2021 completed. The part development plan relates to land situate within Narok Town, Narok County. Copies of the part development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the County Information Office, County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development and County Director of Physical Planning, Narok. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the County Information Office, County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development and County Director of Physical Planning, Narok, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., from Monday to Friday. Any interested persons who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director of Physical Planning, P.O. Box 898-20500, Narok, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 5th August, 2021.
