REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hitan Ratilal Shah Fulchand, of P.O. Box 25-00100, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12646/33, situate in the Thika Municipality in Klan-1bn district, by virtue of a grant registered I.R. 53024/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be. reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
