WHEREAS Ephraim Waimine Mathenge (1D/5510378), is
iegistered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece
of land containing 2.110 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district
of Laikipia, registered under title No. Marmanet North Rtimuruti
Block 11/503 (Ndurnmo), and whereas the land register (green card) in
respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas elloits made to locate
the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the land register
:,hail be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act,
provided that no objection has beet' received within that period.
