THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dava Limited, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Cambe/Kibabamshe/420, and whereas there is sufficient evidence to show that the green card has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period. WHEREAS Patrick Wamalwa Lusano, of P.O. Box 140, Bungoma in the Republic of Kenya, is the proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the district of Bungoma, known as Bokoli/Chwele/757, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed. and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land Dated the 10th September, 2021.
